Wisconsin Announces Phase 2 of the Wisconsin "We're All In" Grant

Wisconsin launched Phase 2 of the We’re All In Small Business Grant program for businesses located in Wisconsin. This program was designed to help small businesses get back on their feet as they re-emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, while keeping employees, customers, and communities safe.

We’re All In Grant is a $5,000 grant that can be used by small businesses towards any operating costs, including by not limited to wages and salaries, rent, mortgages, and inventory, and/or for health and safety improvements.

Small businesses must meet all of the requirements listed below to qualify for the grant.

  • The business started operating prior to January 1, 2020, operated in 2020 and suffered an economic loss (lost revenue or increased expenses)
  • The business filed their 2019 federal and Wisconsin income or franchise tax return (unless exemption applies for fiscal-year filers)
  • The business has less than $1 million in annual revenue
  • The business has 1 to 50 full time equivalent employees in 2019
  • At least 75% of the business’ value of real and tangible personal property owned by the business is located in Wisconsin
  • At least 75% of the amount of the business’ labor costs deducted in 2019 were paid to individuals for services performed in Wisconsin
  • Must not be delinquent in taxes
  • Must not be a governmental unit, lessor of real estate, not for profit organization or the business of crop production or animal production/aquaculture
